Year long tournament: January 1 to
December 31
The purpose of the Year Long Tournament is to allow non professional club members the opportunity to earn points during the year for all their fishing skills. Not only does this give them the chance to win a shirt, jacket, etc but it also allows them to gain the respect of all other club members for their dedication to this sport. Not only does the angler receive points but the member's
boat also does.
Prizes are separated into six (6) different categories with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each one. They are:
 | Leading Angler for Inshore Fish
 | Leading Angler for Striking Fish
Leading Angler for Bottom Fish
Leading Boat for Inshore Fish
Leading Boat for Striking Fish
Leading Boat for Bottom Fish
First place allows 3 points, 2nd place 2 points and 3rd place 1 point and at each month's end each angler's or boat's points are added up to move them into these categories. Year Long Tournament Sheets are calculated at the end of each month so placements are constantly changing.

Weigh-in stations
The club has three (3) official weigh-in stations at the present. They are:
 | Palm Coast Golf Resort, Clubhouse Drive Palm Coast,
 | Flagler
Discount Bait & Tackle, located behind Finnegan's, corner of 100 &
A1A, Flagler Beach
 | Ocean Pier Bait & Tackle, located at the Flagler Pier, Flagler Beach.
All stations have an ample supply of the official weigh-in
card, which must be witnessed and signed by someone at one of these locations. Fish must be weighed, measured and species verified before card is filled out and signed.
How to use your weigh-in card
The official weigh-in card must be filled out in its entirety and legibly so that the Weigh Master can decipher with no
problems. First you must fill out the species of fish and weight by pounds and ounces. Next the full angler's name and check the box whether a club member or not. A non-member angler may weigh in fish if caught on a club member's boat allowing that club member to obtain points just for his boat in that fish category. Date and Time (AM or PM) are very important as the fish caught the earliest breaks a tie if weight is the same. A Captain's Name and Boat Name must be filled in if the fish is caught by boat even if it is a party boat or charter boat. Circle whether the boat is registered with the club most member's boats are. At the bottom of the card are two (2) squares stating adult or child one must be checked. Finally someone at the official weigh station must witness and sign the card. Once card has been completed it is left at the weigh station.
At the end of each month the club's Weigh Master will go to all official weigh stations and retrieve all weigh-in cards from that month. He or she will proceed to sort cards by fish, weight, and time caught We have a Year Long Tournament sheet which is
distributed at each monthly meeting showing the previous month's standings. Make sure you keep your sheet with you when fishing only weigh larger fish than on the sheet already. Start weighing your fish in so you may find yourself on the monthly sheet or a winner at the end of the year.
